Manager, Program Quality

Nikki comes to LifeSmart Youth with more than 7 years of experience in public programming and non-profit project management. Skilled in working with diverse audiences through creative channels, Nikki has largely focused her efforts on developing meaningful engagement opportunities that explore the intersection of community + wellness. Nikki received her BA in Art History from Franklin College and her MA in Art Education from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. As a founding member of the Indianapolis Art Center’s DEI committee, Nikki brings this experience to LSY and remains dedicated to amplifying the voices of underserved and underrepresented audiences and committed to a practice and leadership style that believes not in creating for but creating with.
