Community & Board Strategic Planning Session

Community Solutions, Inc. facilitated a large group meeting of LifeSmart Youth Board, staff and 40 community leaders to analyze population data and strategically plan for future agency goals to make a difference in the lives of our local youth. The development of the 2018-2021 strategic plan was funded through a grant by The Indianapolis Foundation, a Central Indiana Community Foundation affiliate. The strategy session was also sponsored by Blue & Co.
